Gruinard occupies an elevated position looking out over the Firth of Forth.  Burntisland is a small seaside town well known for it's sandy beach which holds a Blue Flag and being home to the 2nd oldest Highland Games.

Guests can choose from 2 ensuite rooms either overlooking the sea or the walled garden at the rear of the property.  Quality Twin or Double beds are available and rooms reflect their proximity to the sea with thoughtful nautical touches.  Breakfast is served in the sunroom overlooking the colourful garden and includes local produce as well as homemade breads and jams.  Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden or sit on the decking and watch the ships sail by.

Gruinard is situated approx 8 miles east of the Forth Road Bridge on the A921 allowing easy access to Edinburgh, which can also be reached via the nearby railway station.  Gleneagles and St Andrews are also just a short distance away and Gruinard is centrally based for touring Perthshire, Fife, Angus and The Lothians.
